Rare Finds
In this issue of Rare Finds, I’m sharing the work of artist Sarah Darlene Parlmeri . She takes remnant textiles—pieces others might overlook—and turns them into layered, mixed-media artworks. This piece, in particular, spoke to me. The craftsmanship is extraordinary, and in a design world that can sometimes feel like “fast fashion,” her work is a reminder that beauty and sustainability can go hand in hand.
